Looking for super-insulated doors for industrial applications? The MakroTherm series delivers with its 60 mm thick INNOVO panel, designed for installation in areas where minimizing energy loss is essential. This panel boasts a heat transfer coefficient of just 0.33 W/(m²·K).

Smooth Operation

Equipped with hinges featuring gliding bushes and double rollers, these doors ensure smooth and quiet operation. The panel joint covers provide a polished finish to the interior side of the curtain.

Maximum Size

Thanks to the INNOVO panel, sturdy construction, and various reinforcements, these doors can be manufactured to impressive dimensions, reaching up to 10 meters in width and 5 meters in height.

The MakroTherm door curtain is constructed from 60 mm thick INNOVO panels, featuring a thermal transmittance factor of U=0.33 [W/m²·K]. By incorporating thermally insulated panels and advanced sealing systems, we've effectively minimized heat loss in critical areas of the door leaf, ensuring that industrial doors help maintain optimal indoor temperatures. The MakroTherm 2.0 doors are made of 60 [mm] thick ultra-warm steel panels infilled with polyurethane foam.


- The standard accessories include the ThermoSet™ gasket kit: four-chamber, double-lip thermal side gaskets; double-lip top gasket; corner gaskets.
- Panel heat transfer coefficient Up=0.33 [W/m2xK].
- Thickness of the opening frame 2 [mm] / guide 2 [mm].
- Panel side covers and reinforcements in door leaf colour.
- Double quiet guiding rollers with a bush fitting.
- Double safety device for tracks preventing guiding rollers from derailing.
- Protection: cable break safety device (2 pcs.), spring break safety device (per each spring).
- Guaranteed number of cycles 25,000, optionally: 50,000, 100,000, and more than 100,000.
- Watertightness class 2.
- Wind load resistance class 4.
- Air permeability class 5.
- Sound insulation Rw=24 [dB].

The MakroTherm XXL doors are made of 60 [mm] thick ultra-warm steel panels infilled with polyurethane foam. The XXL in the name is no accident, the maximum dimensions of the door can go up to 10,000 x 5,000 [mm].

- Panel heat transfer coefficient Up=0.33 [W/m2xK].
- Fully automated – SE 25.24 FU series GfA drive unit with an inverter (soft start and stop).
- Light curtain as standard.
- Thickness of the opening frame 2 [mm] / guide 2 [mm].

- Protection: cable break safety device (2 pcs.).
