  7. Great energy efficiency thanks to the optimum profile structure, EPDM seal and the galvanized steel thermal frames or optionally the innovative  Swisspacer Ultimate that guarantee energy savings even up to 12%* and low-emission glass packages. 

  8. In standard V-Perfect, that allows to connect the profiles perfectly and it guarantees better clamp and wielding control, and, as a result, very good parameters in the resistance tests of the corners.

Glass

Glazing thickness up to 36 mm. One-chamber glass package with thermal transmittance coefficient Ug =1,0 W/(m2K) according to PN-EN674 in standard. The possibility to apply packages of Ug = 0,7 W/(m2K) coefficient. The possibility to apply glass with enhanced sound insulation, tempered, safety, anti-burglary, ornament, solar protective.

Fittings

MACO MULTI MATIC KS with two anti-burglary bolts in standard. Silver-Look coating and line-shaped concavities in espagnolette, optionally hinges hidden in the fitting notch; window equipped with lifting sash and handle misplacement blockage *, micro-ventilation in a slot **.

Spacer frame
Steel galvanized spacer frame in standard. Optionally Swisspacer Ultimate available in various colour options.
 

Profile

The original five-chamber frame and sash profile made exclusively of prime material in A-class. Frame and sash installation depth of 70 mm with 32% more narrow movable post with symmetrically placed aluminium handle (the frame and sash composition is 108 mm, the width of movable post – 112 mm). A lot of daylight and modern glazing thanks to the bigger glass surface comparing to traditional profiles.
 

Reinforcement

The innovative, original method of placing reinforcement in the chamber improves the system statics and stability. A big reinforcement chamber comparing to this kind of systems on the market – steel reinforcement of 35 mm x 24 mm x 2 mm. Frame and sash reinforcement made of steel in C-beam shape in standard.

The possibility to apply full frame reinforcement with anti-burglary bolts screws to the steel.

 

Colour range

The system is available in 36 Renolit foil colours on white or brown core.
 

Gaskets

The window is equipped with a system of double sealing; external, internal made of EPDM, available in black, grey colors.

Glass

With over 20 years of experience in production of composite glass, we have a very wide range of glass that may equip your windows and doors. They fulfill strict requirements regarding energy efficiency and sound insulation. The offer also includes safe, anti-theft, sun screening glass, as well as glass with low transparency. There is also an option to apply polycarbonate and fillings.

Georgian Bars

Georgian bars make windows look elegant and unique. Their application gives windows individual, unique character.

Handles

The handles applied in our products stand out for elegant design, various color options and ergonomic shape. The implemented solutions give great application possibilities that fulfill Clients’ needs and expectations.

The handles come in options with a key or a button preventing accidental opening.

Maco Multi Matic KS fittings

The fittings that DRUTEX applies are a perfect solution when it comes to safety and functionality of window and door woodwork. There is also a possibility to: • apply hidden hinges • apply fittings that fulfill burglar resistance requirements in RC1 class • apply fittings that fulfill burglar resistance requirements in RC2 class

Hidden Hinges

Drutex offers for their windows hidden hinges meaning that the hinge is hidden in the rebate clearance (gap) between the sash and the frame. Thus, it cannot be seen when the window is closed. As a result, the windows look slender and more elegant , and it is also much easier to keep them clean. The use of hidden hinges increases the thermal and acoustic insulation of windows . This is due to the lack of gaps in the seal used around the perimeter of the window. Additional advantages of windows with hidden hinges are increased resistance to burglary, ease of assembly and disassembly and the fact that they do not close by themselves.

Sandblasted Glass

The possibility of using sandblasted glass allows you to obtain any graphic patterns indicated by the customer - matte shapes on a transparent glass or transparent ones on a matte glass. This is done thanks to the technology that uses a stream of sand under high pressure.

Ventilation

In order to ensure living comfort and easy use of DRUTEX products, we apply high-quality ventilators in our products that enable proper ventilation and flow of fresh air with tightly closed windows.
